Submit Your Request

Email sales@gdstx.com with the following information:

  • SKU(s) and quantity for each item you wish to purchase
  • A brief description of how you qualify (e.g., "I am an active duty law enforcement officer with the City of Austin")
  • Your preferred FFL dealer for transfer — or indicate that you will be picking up at our Pflugerville, TX location

Availability Check

We will verify the availability of your requested product(s). If an item is not currently in stock, we will confirm the current lead time with the manufacturer and communicate that to you before proceeding.

Qualification Verification

We will follow up with a secure link where you can submit your qualifying documentation — such as a credential, badge number, department ID, or other verification as required by the manufacturer.

Payment

Once your qualifications have been confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link to complete your purchase.

Fulfillment

After payment is received, fulfillment proceeds based on stock status and pickup preference:

  • Not In Stock We submit your order to the manufacturer and provide routine status updates throughout the process until your order ships.
  • In Stock — Shipping to FFL Your product ships to your designated FFL dealer for transfer. We will provide tracking information once the order has shipped.
  • In Stock — Store Pickup We will reach out to schedule a convenient pickup time at our Pflugerville, TX location.

Common Questions

What qualifies me as an individual?

Qualification requirements vary by manufacturer and product line. Generally this includes active or retired law enforcement officers, licensed armed security officers, and active or honorably retired military personnel. We will confirm specific requirements when you reach out.

Can I pick up in person?

Yes. Pickup is available at our Pflugerville, TX location by appointment. Indicate your preference when submitting your request and we will coordinate a pickup time once your order is ready.

What if the item I want is on lead time?

All products are currently orderable. If an item is not in stock, we will confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before you commit. Once ordered, we provide routine updates throughout the fulfillment process.

What FFL do I use for transfer?

You may use any licensed FFL dealer of your choice for the transfer. If you do not have a preferred FFL, we can assist with recommendations. Alternatively, you may pick up directly at our location, which is itself a licensed FFL/07.
