Individual Purchase
For active/retired law enforcement officers, licensed armed security officers, and active/retired military personnel who meet the manufacturer's qualification requirements.
Email sales@gdstx.com with the following information:
We will verify the availability of your requested product(s). If an item is not currently in stock, we will confirm the current lead time with the manufacturer and communicate that to you before proceeding.
We will follow up with a secure link where you can submit your qualifying documentation — such as a credential, badge number, department ID, or other verification as required by the manufacturer.
Once your qualifications have been confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link to complete your purchase.
After payment is received, fulfillment proceeds based on stock status and pickup preference:
Agency Purchase
For law enforcement agencies, government entities, and organizations purchasing for operational use. Agency orders are handled directly through our sales team.
Contact our team by phone or email to discuss your requirements. We will assign a dedicated point of contact for your agency.
We will work with your procurement or quartermaster team to identify the right products, quantities, and configurations for your department's needs — including product demonstrations if required.
We will provide a formal quote for your agency's review. Volume pricing is available for qualifying orders. We support standard government procurement documentation.
Upon authorization and payment, we coordinate directly with the manufacturer for fulfillment. We provide regular status updates and manage logistics through delivery to your agency.

Qualification requirements vary by manufacturer and product line. Generally this includes active or retired law enforcement officers, licensed armed security officers, and active or honorably retired military personnel. We will confirm specific requirements when you reach out.
Yes. Pickup is available at our Pflugerville, TX location by appointment. Indicate your preference when submitting your request and we will coordinate a pickup time once your order is ready.
All products are currently orderable. If an item is not in stock, we will confirm the lead time with the manufacturer before you commit. Once ordered, we provide routine updates throughout the fulfillment process.
You may use any licensed FFL dealer of your choice for the transfer. If you do not have a preferred FFL, we can assist with recommendations. Alternatively, you may pick up directly at our location, which is itself a licensed FFL/07.
