The HK MP7A2 is a purpose-designed Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) chambered in the proprietary 4.6×30mm HK cartridge, which was specifically engineered to defeat body armor at close ranges while maintaining manageable recoil. The A2 variant features an extended folding stock and improved ergonomics over the original MP7. At under 15 inches with stock folded, it is easily concealed under a jacket or in a vehicle, making it ideal for close protection details and plainclothes operations. The integral top rail supports optics, and the side and bottom rails accept accessories. Magazine options of 20, 30, and 40 rounds provide operational flexibility.
